Suggested Use:
To determine the best amount for your body, start with
one caplet, then add a caplet if you are more than 50 lbs. overweight. Do
not exceed the recommended amount of two caplets per serving, for a maximum
of four caplets per day.
In approximately one hour, you
should experience an increase in energy and a curbing of your appetite. Take
two servings per day, at least four hours apart
For Maximum Effectiveness:, drink
at least 16oz. of water per caplet Per day.
Caution :Seek
advise from a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant,
nursing, or if you have high blood pressure, heart of thyroid disease,
diabetes, difficulty in urination due to prostate enlargement, or if you are
